If you breach any provision of these Terms, your access to the School and coaching services will be terminated immediately.
SCOPE OF WORK
The School provides proprietary online training courses, tutorials, support groups, and marketing strategies specifically designed to help individuals build and scale a profitable online brand using digital products.
USE LICENSE
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to download one copy of any downloadable materials (“Materials”) for personal, non-commercial use. This license does not grant ownership, and you may not:

Use the Materials for commercial purposes or public display
Remove copyright or proprietary notices from the Materials
Transfer the Materials to another person or host them on another platform
You further agree not to use the School, Website, or Materials for:
Unlawful or fraudulent activities
Infringement of third-party privacy or intellectual property rights
Uploading viruses, spam, or unauthorized advertisements
Collecting or harvesting user data without consent
Attempting unauthorized access to the Website, School, or its content
LIMITATIONS
HGM LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the School, Website, or Materials. We do not provide guarantees regarding business performance.

PAYMENT
Certain courses offer deferred payment plans. Payments are non-refundable, and failure to complete a payment may result in account suspension. Any billing issues must be reported to [email protected]
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are granted only if:
A full one-time payment was made (deferred plans are non-refundable)
No more than 30% of the course content has been viewed
Course materials have not been downloaded or shared
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] before the seven-day period expires.
