Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. Because of the digital, immediate-access, and labor-based nature of our products and services, all sales are final. By completing payment, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.

1All Sales Are Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Once payment is submitted, it cannot be refunded, returned, or reversed — including deposits and any payments made under a payment plan.

2Why Our Products & Services Are Non-Refundable

Our offerings are digital and service-based. The moment you purchase, you receive something that cannot be returned:

  • Immediate access to digital materials, content, and intellectual property
  • Downloadable resources that can be saved, copied, or kept indefinitely
  • Our time, labor, and expertise, which begin the moment work or onboarding starts

Once delivered, this value cannot be "given back," which is why we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

3What This Policy Applies To

This Refund Policy applies to every paid offering we provide, including:

  • self-paced courses and digital products
  • templates, frameworks, and downloadable resources
  • memberships, group programs, and coaching
  • done-for-you (DFY) marketing and agency services, including deposits and retainers

4No Refund for Non-Use, Change of Mind, or Removal

This policy applies whether or not you access, complete, implement, or use what you purchased. We do not provide refunds for change of mind, lack of time, failure to use the materials or services, or dissatisfaction with your own results, which depend on your effort and circumstances.

If you are removed from a program or service for violating our Terms of Service, that removal does not entitle you to a refund.

5Payment Plans

If you purchase on a payment plan, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • all payments are non-refundable;
  • you are entering a legally binding obligation to complete all scheduled payments on their due dates;
  • access may be paused while any payment is past due, with no refund of prior payments;
  • missed payments, failed attempts, and any unpaid balance may be referred to a third-party collections agency, and you may be responsible for related collection costs.

6Subscriptions & Renewals

Recurring memberships and subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least forty-eight (48) hours before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing only — it does not refund any prior payment, and access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.

7Billing Questions & Errors

We stand behind clean billing. If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a technical mistake — contact us at [email protected] within a reasonable time and we will review it promptly and in good faith. Please reach out to us before disputing any charge with your bank or card provider so we can resolve it directly.

8Chargebacks

Because all sales are final and access or work begins immediately, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal without first contacting us in good faith. Initiating a chargeback in violation of this policy is a breach of our agreement, and we reserve the right to dispute it with documentation of your acceptance of these terms, revoke access, and pursue any amounts owed through collections or other lawful means.

By completing payment, you confirm that you:

  • have read and agree to this Refund Policy
  • understand all sales are final and non-refundable
  • understand this applies whether or not you use the offering
  • agree not to initiate wrongful chargebacks
